The product was okay overall, but I felt like the directions were a little unclear in a few spots. I had to figure some things out on my own, so clearer step-by-step instructions would have helped

I feel like every time I look, it’s the same stuff over and over. I was hoping to find more new options for myself, but there really isn’t much to choose from anymore. Disappointing for me

"Inconsistent batches, somehow"
I’ve been using the same oven and the same timing every time, so I’m sure it’s not just me, but these bake differently with almost every batch. Some come out underdone, while others get burnt around the edges. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it’s definitely frustrating.

"Allergen info left me uneasy"
I picked up these cookies thinking they’d be fine, but once I looked closer, the allergen info was really hard to spot. It made me nervous and frustrated, especially since I’m shopping for my family. I just wish the labeling was clearer so I could feel safer buying them.

"Coupons can be hit or miss"
I like going on pillsbury.com for recipe ideas and to check for coupons, but the coupon section is hit or miss for me. Sometimes I find a really good deal, and other times there’s nothing I’d actually use or the offer is already gone. The site itself usually works fine, but I do wish the deals were updated more regularly and were easier to find. I also expected things to load or update a bit faster when checking for coupons. Overall, it’s okay, just not something I can always count on

"Why list ingredients I can’t actually find?"
I tried making two of the recipes, but about half the ingredients weren’t available at any stores near me. It’s frustrating because the recipes sound good, but they’re not very useful if I can’t actually buy what I need, if that makes sense

I went on the site just trying to look up something simple, like biscuits or easy dinner ideas, and it got annoying fast. The search results didn’t feel very connected to what I typed in, and reading between the lines, it seems like the site is more focused on pushing content at you than helping you find what you actually came for.
The navigation didn’t help much either. The menus felt crowded, filters kept resetting, and I somehow ended up on pages I didn’t mean to open more than once. It wasn’t impossible to use, but it definitely felt like I had to fight the site a little just to browse around.
I’m sure there are probably some good recipes buried in there, but getting to them takes way more patience than it should. If the search and layout were cleaned up, I’d give it another shot, but as it is, I’d have to say 1 star.

"Box showed up smashed"
Like I said, the box showed up all smashed and didn’t look great at all. The packaging was ripped and messy, and like I said, it just wasn’t what I expected when it got delivered.

I don’t know, something about this has really made me lose trust in the food, and once that happens it’s hard to get past it. I used to feel fine buying it, but now I keep second-guessing it, and I just don’t feel safe picking it up again.

"Mobile site nearly tested my patience"
I checked out pillsbury.com on my phone it was mostly fine, but wow, the slow loading pages had me acting like I’d been waiting 45 years for a biscuit recipe. Finding recipes wasn’t hard, so that part was decent, but the pop-ups kept jumping in like they had urgent family news. I had to tap around more than I wanted, which felt way more dramatic than it needed to be. Not a disaster or anything, but the mobile experience could definitely be smoother

"Helpful in the end, but I did worry a bit"
I reached out to Pillsbury customer service through their website because I was having an issue with a coupon. They did get back to me, but it took a couple days longer than I expected, and I’ll admit I started feeling a little unsure while I was waiting.

The person who responded was friendly and answered my question, so I felt better once I finally heard from them. I just ended up following up once because I wasn’t sure if my original message had actually gone through, which was a little frustrating.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, just not the quickest. I appreciated the help, but the waiting made it feel more average than great...

I bought these rolls again they just confirmed what I already suspected, the portions have gotten tiny. The box looks the same, but it really feels like there’s way less food inside now. For my family, it just doesn’t feel worth buying anymore.

I’ve always liked Pillsbury, but it’s frustrating how quickly some of the seasonal stuff disappears. I found a flavor I really loved, bought it a couple times, and now I can’t find it anywhere. It’s kind of annoying because it makes me hesitant to get excited about anything new from them if it might just vanish right away

"Way more of a hassle than it needed to be"
I tried making these Pillsbury biscuits it was kind of a pain. The can was weirdly hard to open, the dough stuck to literally everything, and the bake time felt totally off. Some biscuits were still too soft while others got way too brown. For something that’s supposed to be quick and easy, it made a mess and lowkey ruined my morning. Yeah, not buying these again.

"Order Never Arrived"
I tried placing an order through pillsbury.com it was frustrating. The checkout page froze on me twice, and when I finally got an order confirmation, it came late and didn’t include clear tracking info. I reached out to customer service, but the response took a while and didn’t really help much. I’ve ordered from similar brands and grocery sites before without this kind of hassle, so this was disappointing. I probably wouldn’t order from their site again

"Still trust them, but they’re slipping"
I grew up using pillsbury, so I still mostly trust the brand. Some of their stuff still comes out good, but lately a few things feel smaller or just not as fresh. It’s not terrible, but come on, don’t be those stingy little corner-cutters. They’re just not as dependable as I remember.

"The info is there , but it’s a little confusing"
I can usually find the nutrition facts on the products , but I wish they were laid out a bit more clearly . It takes a little extra effort to understand everything .
